About Us

Onsite Psychiatry LLC is a Maryland-based mobile and virtual psychiatric practice founded by Dr. Jessica M. Miller, DNP, MPH, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice and a Master of Public Health. The practice is dedicated to providing accessible, evidence-based mental health care for adults and older adults throughout the state.

Our services include comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy, life coaching, and concierge psychiatry. We offer flexible care options, including in-home visits, secure telehealth appointments, and same-day availability, to meet the diverse needs of our clients.

With over a decade of clinical experience in psychiatric emergency services, outpatient psychiatry, urgent care, and inpatient behavioral health, Dr. Miller brings a compassionate, patient-centered approach to every aspect of care. She has served within some of the region’s most respected academic medical centers and behavioral health systems, treating individuals with complex psychiatric and dual diagnoses such as mood disorders, psychosis, substance use, and dementia-related behavioral conditions.

Onsite Psychiatry collaborates closely with multidisciplinary teams—including primary care providers, social workers, and case managers—to ensure seamless coordination of care and improved outcomes. The practice also offers clinical preceptorship opportunities for PMHNP, PA, and LCSW students, providing real-world training in both virtual and in-person formats.

In addition to her work in psychiatry, Dr. Miller is the owner of The Nurse Realtor LLC, a real estate investment firm focused on residential property development and management. Her housing initiatives emphasize providing safe, stable spaces for vulnerable populations, reinforcing her mission to support both individual and community well-being.
